What does a Property Preparation Specialist actually do?
We get properties ready for a specific outcome — a sale, a new tenant, or a Maine season — instead of just fixing one thing at a time. That means building a scope around your deadline: pre-listing repairs and cosmetic improvements before a home goes to market, make-ready turnover work between tenants, or winterization and spring open-ups for homes and camps. The skill set is what you’d expect from a seasoned handyman; the difference is the plan behind it.
Do you work directly with realtors?
Yes — regularly. Agents hand us inspection punch lists and pre-listing to-do lists, and we return a home that’s ready to photograph and show. If you’re an agent with a listing that needs work before market, reach out and we’ll scope it together.
Can landlords schedule turnovers in advance?
That’s exactly how we prefer to work. Tell us when a lease ends and we’ll plan the make-ready window — repair sweep, patch and paint, fixture swaps — so the unit is ready to show as soon as possible after move-out.

Fully insured on every job, every technician. Documentation is available on request.
Do you still take regular handyman and repair jobs?
Absolutely. Drywall, doors, windows, flooring, trim, lighting, carpentry — if it needs fixing, we fix it. Preparation is our specialty, but dependable repair work is the foundation it’s built on.
